Started our pool adventure at the end of 2021. We were shopping around for different vendors for a while but stuck with Parnell because of Mickey who was respectful, insightful and courteous during our initial discussions. Doug was also very respectful and well-versed with our requirements, answering any questions before, during, and after construction. They accomplished the job quickly and efficiently keeping us apprised on all stages of the development. This place is fabulous. The employees really know what they are doing here. They provide water testing for free and then recommend the chemicals you need for your pool.
The only complaint I have is the price of the chemicals, it is on the high side.
